Speciality

Sino Grinding has been developing and producing grinding media for more than 20 years.

During that time, we have built a wealth of knowledge to inform our designs and ensure we continue to deliver quality products to meet the changing requirements of our clients.

Backed by a technical team with over thirty years’ experience in the industry , our ability to design and develop world class grinding media sets Sino Grinding apart from its competitors.

Our range of quality, reliable SAG and Ball mill options are testament to our experience and longevity in the industry.

High Chrome Balls

Our factories produce roll- and hammer-forged steel grinding media, however, we have partnered with a factory in China that produces high chrome cast media. We have partnered with this factory for over a decade.

Corrosion of grinding media can affect wear rates and performances. This is generally the case in mills where chemicals, water with an acidic pH level or the ore’s characteristics create a corrosive environment. A way to combat this is high chromium content in the grinding media. Grinding media with higher chromium content has a longer life and generally holds its shape as it wears down compared to its lower chromium counterpart including steel balls.

Nevertheless, in most BM milling circumstances, except high corrosion slurry, our 1.0% C steel BM balls with high AVH hardness are competitive against the high Cr balls in cost per ton milled.

Rods (Rod Mill)

Sino Grinding supplies the grinding rods of its own design at up to Ф100mm to suit the mining needs.
